Attendance for the 2010 Nation's Restaurant News Menu Trends & Directions Conference is available for foodservice operators only.

A foodservice operator is defined by Nation's Restaurant News as a direct employee of a restaurant company. Appropriate documentation will be requested before registration is confirmed (consulting chefs, non-sponsoring manufacturers, advertising agencies and other service providers do not qualify for attendance at this event).

Attendance is not confirmed until you have received a written confirmation. Nation's Restaurant News reserves the right to decline attendance based on qualifying criteria and/or event capacity limitations.

Manufacturers, Suppliers, Consultants, Other:

Sponsors may send the number of executives outlines in their contract from sponsoring company, as part of their overall sponsorship benefits package. Manufacturers and/or service providers who are not sponsors of Menu Trends & Directions 2010 are not permitted to attend this event. Hotel Accommodations:

All attendees are required to make their own hotel reservations directly with the Gaylord Palms Resort. For reservations, contact the hotel directly at 407.586.2000 and request the Nation's Restaurant News room block rate. Nation's Restaurant News is not responsible for any hotel cancellation fees incurred by attendees.
